Abhainn Healing Arts is a worker‑owned practice offering sliding scale community conflict mediation and somatic bodywork. All work is by appointment only. Clients appreciate how the practionor gently coax the mind to the process. It feels more collaborative than other practitioners. The pressure and long holds help tune in with how that piece of me is connected to the rest of me and just breath into it. Clients describe feeling seen and understood and safe. The acute session was a godsend, grounding and bringing the system into balance. The work is thoughtful, thorough, impeccably present and provides firm yet gentle present work with an incredibly nurturing somatic approach. Each session leaves the body rested and back to equilibrium. The massage is excellent, expertly addressing concerns and communicating thoroughly. Clients cannot wait for the next session.
