Exceptional and very personal. Authentic customer service and very friendly staff. I just started seeing Dr. Ward and truly feel blessed that I found her. I have never met a doctor who really takes time as she has with me and has gone out of her way to help. I would highly recommend her to everyone to experience the awesome experience I have received every time. Great service from all staff, as they are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I needed to get the lenses of my new glasses changed, mostly due to my over insistence that they were for computer work, when in fact I ended up using them a lot more for reading from papers. They diagnosed the fix promptly and I was pleased with their pleasant attitude the whole process. I'm glad I found this location for my eye care needs.
