Nik did a great job cleaning my carpet and kitchen floor. The grout in the kitchen is now back to white! I highly recommend A+Cleaning.

A+ cleaned the carpets and ducting of a home we are moving into and they did a great job. The carpets in the house are 7 years old but they looked excellent after A+ cleaned them. They also got out a couple of nasty stains which was fantastic. Nick was very personable and friendly. I highly recommend A+ Carpet Cleaning.

My husband and I have used A+ Carpet Cleaning since we first moved into our home. They did an excellent job making our new to us home feel fresh and clean with a vent and carpet cleaning. We have since replaced those carpets with wool carpets and they have done an excellent job with them - they look brand new every time. Everyone we have worked with has been kind and courteous and respectful of our home - we won't hesitate to keep using them to keep our carpets looking beautiful for years to come.

From making the appointment to the carpet cleaning itself, I can't think of a single thing to improve their service. I’m really impressed with the results of this carpet cleaning! The before and after difference is night and day. The carpet had noticeable traffic patterns and stains, but after the cleaning, it looks refreshed, brighter, and almost like new again. Mike was professional, punctual, and paid attention to detail, making sure every area was thoroughly cleaned. You can clearly see the care and quality in the finished work. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and how the carpet turned out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to bring their carpets back to life!

I have used A+ Carpet Cleaning a few times now, most recently on April 14th, 2026. While the cleaning results are consistent, the customer service was not what I expected from a company with a five-star rating. It felt like there was a push to do the bare minimum while charging the maximum possible.
I made the mistake of having them coordinate with my remote assistant this time rather than being on-site myself. In my experience with them across different jobs, there are often unexpected upcharges; for instance, on a separate occasion, they even tried to charge an additional fee just for the technicians to walk up eight steps to reach the property. Based on these instances, I feel it’s necessary to be physically present to ensure the pricing remains fair. Note they did get the stain out of the carpet, took them 10 minutes with setting up the equipment and removing the stain and charged $200 for it. You be the judge if that makes sense
