What a great company! Doug was professional, courteous, and had great communication. He even walked me through the steps he was taking to fix my shower issue. Hopefully I don't need plumbing help again soon, but if I do I know exactly who I'll call. Can't recommend them enough.

These days its hard to find good, professional, helpful, honest customer service. I have had 1st Call Plumbing repair a water main leak in February 2023 & returned today to replace my water heater. I texted at 7:26am Wednesday morning, and had a new installed water heater by 11:30am Thursday morning. Doug and his team were friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and left my laundry room cleaner then when they got here. Thanks for saving the day again. Support local, small family business. Doug, Lainey and crew will not disappoint!
