1st Call Plumbing is great! They were so helpful, professional, and friendly. They were very quick to respond and so easy to work with for scheduling. Would definitely recommend them!
Great service...always a bit surprised when a repair becomes a replacement but everything was done professionally, quickly and courteously. Thanks to Doug and Lainie for getting me handled in 24 hours. Cheers.
We did a multi gen conversion this summer, 1st Call did a great job. But, this weekend we had to contact Doug about a possible leak to one of the toilets. Doug came out Monday, he generously took the toilet off and replaced the wax ring just to make sure it was all good. And while he could've charged us, to show up, and do this he did not. I even offered to share the expense and he said no, Merry Christmas. I highly recommend 1st Call, Doug, his wife and crew. Truly a good customer service company.
