I brought my PC to 1201 Computers about a year ago, and they did an incredible job! It’s been running perfectly ever since with zero issues. Their prices are very reasonable, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. While there was a 2-week turnaround time, it was absolutely worth the wait to get high-quality service I could trust.
Before coming here, I had gone to Best Buy and dealt with Geek Squad—and that experience was the complete opposite of what a good repair should be. I can’t thank the team at 1201 Computers enough!

I have been to these guys about half a dozen times and every time they have been extremely helpful. Exceptionally knowledgeable, kind and down to earth. I trust this shop more than most of my family members at this point. Their services are a bit pricey and they take at least a few weeks but that's hard to avoid with computer repair. In return, the services you recieve are top of the line and the way they explain everything is very digestable. If I have computer problems again, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
