Whenever we have any issue or concern with our desktop or laptop, we call 1201 Computer Repair. Everyone there is so helpful and understanding of individuals who do not speak “tech.“ Always adding helpful suggestions whenever our computers are there for software updates, hardware repair, malware removal, or an annual tuneup. Great value for all the expertise. We won’t be going anywhere else.

I brought my PC to 1201 Computers about a year ago, and they did an incredible job! It’s been running perfectly ever since with zero issues. Their prices are very reasonable, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. While there was a 2-week turnaround time, it was absolutely worth the wait to get high-quality service I could trust.
Before coming here, I had gone to Best Buy and dealt with Geek Squad—and that experience was the complete opposite of what a good repair should be. I can’t thank the team at 1201 Computers enough!
