It was our first time using this vendor for a plumbing issue they send texts ahead of time to let you know they are on the way which is super helpful. John immediately got to work and solved the issue quickly and cleaned up when he was done.

I contacted 1800 Plumbing + Air NW because my AC stopped working in the hottest day of the year. (Of course!) They were able to fit me in the next day when other companies were unable to fit me in for over a week. Yikes! Dennis A was timely, communicative and did great work! He identified the issue was due to a capacitor, which he had a replacement in the van and could get it taken care of right away. He fixed it so the AC started working, but did notice a few irregularities that they recommend getting checked out in the future.
