“I've brought Prescha, my little Havapoo who is the light of my life, to every place in town unfortunately, before finding this place. I was about to stop even getting her groomed because it was so hard on her, she'd be so stressed & anxious, that I worried about her heart & emotional health & when I picked her up, she was usually despondent for several days after, as if she were traumatized by the grooming! It was so hard that I made my boyfriend start taking her cause I got to the point where I just decided she couldn't be groomed anymore because of how sad it made her. THANK GOD I found Bubbles & Bows! Prescha is actually excited & calm when we go inside & are greeted by THE SWEETEST staff who actually recognize & remember her by name. I've since realized that the other places would lock her in a cage with a fan or blow dryer which is what terrified her so bad & they don't do mean things like that or anything if it makes your pup uncomfortable. They're so amazing with your furry loved ones! I honestly can't say enough good things about this place! They definitely don't charge enough for the services they provide & each of them actually care, clearly, about thier clients & thier work. “They do a wonderful job. I bring my daughter's Persian cat there. Everyone knows it's not easy to groom a Persian cat or any cat. They're friendly kind and quick.“

“We have an older cat Slinky Long black hair n green eyes. When the Summer heat returns he has his Summer grooming including a massive removal of his thick long hair and nails clipped. Slinky has only been a client of Land of Paws in Ashland. Andrew and the staff are very friendly and because we are disabled the staff comes to take Slinky from the car and when ready to return the staff brings him back out in the carrier. Slinky purrs and appears to enjoy the process and enjoys the comfort. We are very attached and protective of our long time fur baby. That being said, we highly recommend and appreciate the care and skill to ensure our fur baby is emotionally supported while care is provided.“

“I called literally the night before on Saturday night looking for somebody to petsit my rats while I attended a play. She was accommodating and willing to take them in at last minute notice. We ended up finding someone closer in Ashland but will definitely be calling back if we ever need a petsitter in Medford. :) I was actually disappointed that we didn't get to meet her, but it didn't make sense to drive all that unnecessarily.“
