The owner is super nice, professional, and knowledgeable, explaining things clearly. It's a cute little family-run business, conveniently located across from a vet's office. Customers have been delighted with the excellent service, even for pets who have never been groomed before, with their expectations exceeded.
The owner, at least I believe she was the owner, is super nice, professional, and crazy knowledgeable. This lady knows her stuff and will explain it to you in such a way that doesn't make you feel dumb or lower. It is cash or check only, just a heads up, and there is a pretty obvious sign before you walk in, but still, heads up. Seemed like a cute little family run business and was conveniently located across from our vet's office. I'd give the place 6 stars if I could.
I took my 12 year old dog who has never been to a groomer before to barking beauty. I advised them that I may have to come back and pick her up before she could even be serviced because she hates being brushed or shaved or bathed and has mats. However we picked her up 2 hours later and I'm shocked at how shiny and fresh and good smelling her coat is. Our expectations were absolutely exceeded. Thank you!!!!
I’ve been bringing my miniature dachshund here for just over a year to have his nails trimmed. At first he was such a baby… crying and whining as if they were cutting off his feet. But with consistency and gentleness, now he’s a calm and quiet boy. Easy peasy.
Oh, and no appointment necessary for a nail trim. Just drop in. So convenient.
