Blue has been coming to Land of Paws whenever he’s in Grandma’s care, but this visit really stood out to me. As he’s gotten older, they recognized his changing needs and adjusted his grooming so they wouldn’t over-stress him. They had me stay with him while they trimmed his nails, and Blue did great. The nail trimming was quick, calm, and easy.
What impressed me most was that they didn’t treat Blue like just another appointment. They treated him as an individual, taking the time to understand what would help him feel safe and comfortable. That level of compassion and attentiveness is something you don’t often find.

Moved out of the area for a short time and tried two different groomers in whom I was very disappointed. We are fortunate to have DiDi and Andrew at Land of Paws. Absolutely the best groomers!!!
We have an older cat Slinky Long black hair n green eyes. When the Summer heat returns he has his Summer grooming including a massive removal of his thick long hair and nails clipped. Slinky has only been a client of Land of Paws in Ashland. Andrew and the staff are very friendly and because we are disabled the staff comes to take Slinky from the car and when ready to return the staff brings him back out in the carrier. Slinky purrs and appears to enjoy the process and enjoys the comfort. We are very attached and protective of our long time fur baby.
