“Really enjoyed working with Mike. He and his co-electrician were professional from the initial estimate to the project completion. It was really a breath of fresh air to work with them! We had quite a to-do list for them, including installing fixture boxes, a ceiling fan, and a bathroom exhaust fan. “We live outside Jacksonville in a rural area. We opted to use Starlink as it provides much faster internet than what conventional dish providers were offering. However, our house is surrounded by tall trees and we needed the Starlink dish installed on a pole mounted on the chimney. It's a fairly steeply inclined roof so whoever installed the system would have to mount the antenna connection, run the Starlink ethernet cable inside conduit down the house, and then run the cable inside the house to the router. Zack and Cody from Accurate Electrical Solutions did a great install job. They were professional, working up solutions for unexpected problems we encountered and stayed focused on the job. Although it was hot outside, Cody was up on the roof almost the entire time, doing a great install job on the antenna mount and installing the Starlink dish. They also installed an electrical ground for the system protecting it from static charge build up common with Starlink dish systems.I would highly recommend these folks for anyone considering installing Starlink in the area. “Was told when made appointment it would be $150 for the 1st hour and then $110 for each additional hour, plus parts. I specifically asked what was the name of the electrician that would be coming and Brandy said his name is Eric. That is the only electrician they have.When Eric arrived, he brought an apprentice with him. Without letting us know of the additional cost, we were charged almost double.I was charged $725.11 for 4 hours of work and all they did was search out what a switch was for on an existing 3 way switch, add an outlet in my bathroom and replace a GFCI Device with a GFCI receptacle in my kitchen. It took the apprentice over 2 hours to replace one switch in my kitchen.Update: Brandy called me the following day and apologized. She said she didn't realize how long it took her apprentice to change the GFCI receptacle in my kitchen and would refund the money I paid for the apprentice. I really appreciated her follow up call and understanding in the matter.“
