Was told when made appointment it would be $150 for the 1st hour and then $110 for each additional hour, plus parts. I specifically asked what was the name of the electrician that would be coming and Brandy said his name is Eric. That is the only electrician they have.When Eric arrived, he brought an apprentice with him. Without letting us know of the additional cost, we were charged almost double.I was charged $725.11 for 4 hours of work and all they did was search out what a switch was for on an existing 3 way switch, add an outlet in my bathroom and replace a GFCI Device with a GFCI receptacle in my kitchen.
