Their communication was great the team did an excellent job! The team even worked together to fit us in with a short lead time just weeks before our first baby was born and shared our excitement for her arrival. Really appreciated Josh and Matt coming out to my parent's house the other day. Being experienced with the job, I had been trying to help my parents with some of the realities of the situation. Matt was eloquent in approach and how much it would be. He also warned my mom of people who may take advantage of doing a job that would not fix the underlying problems. Honesty isn't common in this game. This was refreshing. He had experience to back up his findings and reasons with what needed to be done.
