The team went out of their way to handle an emergency situation and took care of a patient's tooth in a timely manner. Patients who are nervous, especially about procedures like epinephrine use, are allowed to sit up and take breaks, showing the clinic's professionalism and caring attitude. I have major dental anxiety and am not an easy patient to deal with I'm assuming. the dentist and the dental assistant were both amazing and did everything they could to make me comfortable and dealt with my panic attack and all that. the best dental place I have ever been. 💙
Will always recommend this amazing staff!! I am someone that comes from dental trauma as a child. I don’t trust just anyone. I will never go to anyone else! They have compassion and are very educated AND educate ME and are VERY descriptive witch is so helpful. I was a previous patient of Dr. Glenn before Dr. Sung and Dr. Jung took over the practice and changed to Oregon City Smiles. i was a little nervous about the change because going to dentists can cause so much anxiety and i've had over prescribed treatment in the past (Not Dr. Glenn). I was relieved to see the same dental hygienist i had come to trust and appreciate still working there and have seen nothing but great service and careful, detailed explanations of what my teeth need...Dr. Jung was clearly concerned about doing what was best for the health of my tooth when i needed a crown and not pushing for the higher-cost root canal. Her manner was always gentle, patient and professional. I felt i was in expert hands the whole time.
