I rarely give 5-star ratings or even take the time to review...but WOW! Took all three kids in today. From past experience, I guessed it would be 20-30 minutes per kid with some tears and frustration while they waited for their sibling to finish the appointment. Their ages are 5, 3, and 18 months. We were used to Kaiser dental which was great in ways, but the pediatric focus at Jacobson's is unmatched!They had games in the lobby and all three kids were taken back to three exam beds where they could see each other. Dr.Jacobsen and his staff are top notch! From checking in with Kenzie and her expertise with insurance/billing questions, to Jen the dental assistant explaining everything step by step slowly and in a fun and understanding way for my kids to actual understand to Dr.Jacobsen himself who is one of the most kindest, down to earth dentist you’ll ever meet. We look forward to his jokes and awesome shoes every time we go in there for an appointment. I have three boys who are always seen at the same time and the clinic makes it so easy and such a great experience even though usually three rowdy boys in once place at the same time is usually chaos for us. 10/10!!!!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences going to see Dr. Jacobsen and staff! I have 2 wild boys who have had many falls and teeth emergencies, when I call the office they were so helpful with getting me in and making sure my child was okay! We see them regularly for cleanings and his staff is very patient and kind to my kids :) all around pleased with their office!
