😁Ric is the best caring person he helps you pick out the right device and shows you how to take care of your hearing aid he has helped me several times. Before I came to him I wasn't hearing what my co-workers were saying to me. After seeing him he opened up a whole new world of hearing my friends and co-workers and watching the TV set. And I would recommend hearing by design they are there to help you hear again. They are the most caring people that have helped me hear again.

Had a wonderful experience here getting custom in ear monitor molds done! The staff from the initial setup call, to check in, to the tech was impeccable. I couldn’t ask for anything more!
