I've been a client for nearly thirty years, and Southgate has always provided excellent service and care to my pets. From dealing with recurring mast cell cancer with one dog, to accommodating my current little barker's nerves every time his nails are trimmed, they're wonderful.

Dr Ricker is great. Loves animals and it shows. She takes fabulous care of Chia, my sweet Chihuahua and my sister Valerie's Labs. Front desk and assistants to the Dr's are friendly. Only vet for me.

Would have been a five star but although I've been going there with two pets for the last decade but did not come in the last three years, they threw away all of my pets records and calling me a new patient. On top of that, they don't accept new patients right now. Soooo it's like you and you're pet never existed. No records of vaccination, medical history, nothing. Now I need to find a new vet and start all over again as if my pet never visited a vet before.
