Drew and Adam are first class in customer service and take an educational approach to help improve and prolong the quality of your in home plumbing. We just installed the Honest Water Purification system Diamond. The County Water is awful and packed with cancer causing toxins. This should become common knowledge. Definitely reach out to Simpson Plumbing to get the best and most pure water coming out of your faucet for your kids, family, and friends.
Our water heater started leaking, and Alex had it replaced and running early next day. He took the time to show us where the water shutoff was, how the controls on the new water heater worked, and how to light the pilot light. He was polite and professional.
