Very easy to work with. No hassle straight to the deal. Enjoyed the interaction.

Beau was a great salesman, very polite and professional. Let us take our time looking over the vehicle, didn't pressure us at all.
All the other staff we worked with were awesome and super friendly. Great experience all around.

What a wonderful dealership experience. Beau was fantastic and answered every question I had with professionalism. Quite honestly abI had such a huge sigh of relief after having such a terrible experience at a different dealership.

I had a great experience buying my RAM Rebel from this dealership. Everything went smoothly, easily, and completely stress-free. The price was fair, and I’m very happy with the truck.
James was excellent to work with — professional, helpful, and made the whole process simple and comfortable. I definitely recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a great buying experience.

We were provided inaccurate information and the dealership ultimately refused to repair our truck. After keeping the vehicle for one full week, we were informed that they could not perform a diagnostic scan unless we removed an unrelated aftermarket part ourselves. This part had no connection to the issue and should not have prevented standard diagnostic procedures. Based on the explanation given, it is difficult to believe that a proper diagnostic attempt was made. The situation appeared more focused on pushing us to remove a preventative aftermarket component and return the vehicle to stock rather than addressing the actual concern. Additionally, the paperwork we received upon pickup was inaccurate, which further raised concerns regarding attention to detail and professionalism. Overall, this experience resulted in unnecessary delays, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. We expected a higher standard of service and professionalism.

I’m writing this review to document my experience clearly and factually so other buyers can make informed decisions.
I initially contacted the dealership about a Ram 1500 V8 that was advertised online and communicated first with Jorge, then was handed off to Ben. Communication was inconsistent from the start, which is why I ultimately went into the dealership in person to try to work through everything directly and give them a fair chance to earn my business.
The primary issue throughout the process was pricing transparency, specifically the disconnect between advertised prices, advertised lease specials, and the actual numbers presented in person.
The dealership advertises multiple Ram promotions, including: • “Up to $16,000 off” • A 2025 Ram 1500 advertised with MSRP $62,765, dealer discount of $6,723.50 and rebate of $9,276.50, resulting in a sale price of $46,765 • A 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn Night Edition lease advertised at $299/month for 39 months with $3,995 down MSRP $62,545 Advertised cap cost $51,575 after dealer discount of $6,970 and $4,000 rebate Residual $38,777 5,000 miles per year Acquisition fee $595 Stock #D1026065
However, when I sat down to review a lease worksheet for the Ram I was negotiating on, the selling price used to calculate the lease was significantly higher than the advertised online price for the same VIN. That difference materially changes the lease payment, since depreciation is calculated off the selling price, not the MSRP.
I repeatedly tried to bring the conversation back to a straightforward request: build the lease off the publicly advertised selling price, then apply the residual and standard fees transparently. The residual matters to me, and inflating the cap cost while leaning heavily on trade equity undermines the structure of the advertised lease special.
As I asked these questions, the tone of the interaction noticeably changed. Ben became visibly irritated and increasingly hostile. At one point, he made a comment under his breath implying that “not everyone understands how leases work,” clearly directed at me. This was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially since the questions I was asking were basic lease fundamentals and were being asked specifically to avoid being taken advantage of.
The situation escalated further when I decided to pause the discussion and asked if I could take the printed worksheet with my name and numbers on it to review. I was told the top portion containing my personal information had to be ripped off and kept by the dealership. Given the tense tone of the conversation and the fact that the dealership already had my full name, address, and contact information, this interaction felt intimidating rather than professional.
To be clear, I did not come in to waste anyone’s time or to “shop a deal.” I genuinely wanted to work something out. But when advertised prices do not align with in-store numbers, lease math is inconsistent, questions are met with visible anger, and paperwork is withheld, it becomes very difficult to proceed with confidence.
I strongly recommend that anyone shopping here: • Confirm that advertised prices match the actual selling price used in lease calculations • Ask for clear, written breakdowns of cap cost, residual, and fees • Pay attention to how questions are handled, especially when asking for transparency
Buying or leasing a vehicle should not feel adversarial. Unfortunately, that was my experience here.
