This was the best customer service that I have ever experienced at Palm Beach Tan. Autumn greeted me, had a lovely smile and was very helpful to what I was needing.
She had great energy and made me laugh..

My location is The Clackamas/Sunnyside location.
However the girls that were working there are never very friendly. They act as if their job is a chore and give terrible customer service..
So miserable going there.
I wish Autumn worked there. Maybe she could teach a customer service class to them..
Anyway hopefully they make some changes!!!!

I love tanning here! I haven't been in since 2019 and decided it was time to get started again because it just makes you feel good. I walked in and was greeted by Emma. She's absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcome. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what package. But she went through everything with me to help me decide what was best for me. Emma always has such a great , cheerful attitude. Thanks Emma for taking the time with your customers and always making them feel welcome. You're the best

I used to go to the Johnson Creek location, but it closed down. I was transferred to the Clackamas location which is horrible. I was considering canceling my membership. I decided to try to Milwaukie location even though it's a bit of a drive and I'm glad I went. It's the best tanning salon I've been to. The beds are a higher quality and well maintained. The staff is nice and friendly and not pushy about sales. They have amenities the other stores don't like robes for cocktail tanning and feet protectors for the spray booth. I highly recommend this store over the others.Services: Spray tanning
