We had a great experience working with Brandon Ruben (manager) and Rico Jimenez (promote him now!) at the Milwaukie, OR location. I was a first-time contractor and they walked me through the entire process, answered my million questions along the way and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the result. I appreciated them so much that I baked brownies for them at the end. Our hardwood floors are gorgeous and I still can’t quite believe I live here. The materials and installation were surprisingly affordable, and the customer service was stellar.

From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we knew we were in good hands. The staff at LL Flooring in Milwaukee was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to understand our needs and preferences. They didn't just try to sell us the most expensive flooring; they genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect flooring for our home.I was particularly impressed with our sales person, Brandon.
