I saw Scotts review below and had to chime in too. We signed our contract in June '22 as well. Our sales experience with Heath was fantastic and I felt I was making a great choice. It is now April 3, 2023 and I haven't heard anything. I have reached out a few times to see where we're at in queue and I generally get some reasoning that the install crew is sick, or weather is bad. I reached out in February with no response from the Project Manager we were assigned. 18-month update:We haven't paid a dime over the minimum bill for electricity service since having solar installed. Going solar has been one of the best decisions we have ever made, both for the environment and for our monthly expenses. All production estimates provided by the company have been either met or exceeded. The special system they designed for me so I could incorporate a generator, battery backup and solar has worked out phenomenally. They took care of all permits and licensing, submitted professional plans and drawings, and the install and commissioning went without a hitch.The electrical inspection by the county took less than 10 minutes, with no issues raised.I've already swapped to my battery system twice since it was installed due to power interruptions, and it's been an incredible asset. I've begun expanding the system capacity because of how critically useful it has been.
