“My partner and I hired Clean Arrival to do a deep clean of our house and we were SO IMPRESSED with the results. We're both very busy people, and typically like to keep a tidy house as best we can, but the cleaning we had been doing was just not cutting it and hardly ever gave our house a true deep clean. Clean Arrival were responsive, timely, efficient and the staff are extremely professional and friendly. “I’ve been using Domestica ever since Shannon opened the business, I can’t remember how long but more than 15 years. Obviously, I’m very happy with their services. I have two commercial buildings which they clean twice weekly and an apartment building for which they do the turnover cleanings. Over the years I’ll have a tenant with a concern about something not getting cleaned. I forward on and it is always addresses immediately. If I need a specific area cleaned, they’ll do that. Overall, the cleaning is done properly the first time but if there are issues they are always addressed promptly.“

“After a five year hiatus, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I had my first cleaning done by Maid Brigade this morning. I could not be happier! So much I cannot clean myself anymore: ceiling fans, skylights, behind the toilets, etc. Enrique, Norma and Blanca came in and went straight to work. So many details they tackled: dusting of the baseboards and doorway frames; stainless steel appliances -including the stove top and cast iron grates- granite counter tops, the HVAC intake vent in the hallway ceiling, bathroom fans, window blinds, plus things I never even think of to clean. My hardwood floors haven't looked this good since the last time they cleaned! Everything is so clean and fresh, it has even brightened my attitude. My husband is thankful he no longer has to clean his own bathroom too-lol.Maid Brigade still uses "green" cleaning products so I'm not worried about ill-effects on my cats or us humans. And the cleaning team was gracious enough to wear masks, as I requested. Mike, in the office, sent me a calendar with my scheduled cleaning dates so I'm set through April 2024!!!Prices are very reasonable and worth every single penny; customer service is stellar and the cleaning team arrives within the two hour window given with all equipment needed to clean and are friendly and efficient. I'm so looking forward to having a continuously clean house again. Thank you Maid Brigade.“

“Eduardo was recommended by a colleague of our realtor for a move-in deep clean. I should note, we purchased the home 'as-is' and the previous owner had at least one cat that liked to spray. every.where.srsly While the appointment was scheduled for 4 hours, he and his associates took their time to deal with a heavily soiled gourmet stand alone gas range w grill and a heavily soiled lower hall and half bath/laundry. They actually came back the next day to conquer the rest of the house for another 4 hours or so. Would highly recommend and use them again if the need arose. They were very personable and gave insights to living here.“
