“Rob is excellent at what he does, and what he cannot he will let you know instead of "figuring it out". We hired him to install a dishwasher and replace kitchen sink. Had to cut existing cabinet to retro fit the dishwasher and he made it look like it has always belonged there. His quote was one of the lower estimates, and you get high quality ethics. Even with all the challenges along the job the final result was exactly as expected, provided with full integrity. We'll definitely hire him for future/ other jobs.It feels like he takes pride in his work to be done right and not just a job to get done quick, to move to next one.“

Will had a difficult pocket door job to do.He is very knowledgeable, careful and a very neat worker.He replaced all the original trim and fascia board after the pocket door washing and back working.He caulked all around the areas that were worked on and covered all the nail holes.After Will was finished, the area around the door (trim and fascia board) that he removed, looks like it was never touched! “Outstanding work. Excellent super-responsive communication. Took time to call and explain their recommended process and products. Even recommended not doing some of the work that didn't need it. They use top quality professional machines, not just a pressure washer. They cleaned all my concrete surfaces, driveway, and slate patio, and public sidewalk and curb. They cleaned all the exterior windows spotless plus put all the screens through their cleaning machine, and cleaned all the window tracks. Pricing was mid to low, higher than just a guy and a pressure washer, lower than others. Top quality service. I've already scheduled them again for next year.“

“I have seen this review in numerous places and I find it odd that it is being posted in such a manner that Mr. Winchester is not able to see it or respond to the slanderous comments being posted. how is a person supposed to respond to a negative review when posted this way. I think most logical people know that there is always two sides to every STORY. i have known Mr. Winchester for many years and he has done many home improvement projects for myself and my late husband and we have never found his work to be what this person is saying. He has done what he said he was going to do and then some. Many times going above and beyond to make things as aesthetically pleasing as possible. I have read this review many times as it has been posted in a lot of places and I might say it is the only negative review I've seen. I wonder if it has anything to do him being a male. It makes me wonder hmmmm??? I would, as well as many others I know, not hesitate to recommend Mr Winchester.“
