Tim is a very likable guy. He is always on time with estimates and job completion. It has been my experience that Tim is one of the more affordable and professional contractors I have dealt with.
I've been using Tim for several years now and have had him do everything from install hardwood floors to structural repairs and everything in between!!His rates very reasonable and his work his top notch!! We called Tim over to take a look at a broken shower head. Tim was able to problem-solve the situation in a few minutes. Rather than charge us for any time, Tim said the problem could be easily solved by us with a trip to a particular plumbing store for an unusual part and then a very easy installation. We happily did it. In the end, Tim did not get any immediate business from us, but he certainly gets our gratitude for excellent customer service!
