We are working with Gores Construction on a large exterior rehabilitation project for our HOA community. After interviewing multiple prospects, we chose Gores to lead this project. They took the time in the scope and proposal to address our needs and configure a budget that would suit our community.
We are currently about 5 months into this project that is projected to last 12 months. They are ahead of schedule and right in line with our budget. The crew works hard to address the needs of our community, and have been extremely friendly to all of our neighbors. Gore’s construction is in the middle of a great project at my HOA community. They are replacing siding, windows, doors and roofing on 54 buildings in our complex and are doing so at an exceptional rate. Happy way through the project in 4 months. We are so glad we picked Gores Construction to perform the work at our community and look forward to a successful completion of the project.

Gores Construction did an absolutely outstanding job on my condo project. They handled major work on the roof, windows, and decks, and the results exceeded every expectation I had going in.
