Great diagnostics! I've worked in IT for 40 years, mostly on the software side but I've done plenty of server and PC hardware upgrades, too. But last week when I couldn't diagnose a problem with a new motherboard failing to power up, I took it to Kenn. Though he was unfamiliar with my brand of power supply, in short order he diagnosed a subtle and undocumented restriction on how some of the auxiliary power connectors on the power-supply could be used. With that knowledge, he resolved the power-up and I was on my way!
