I will definitely be coming back in the future with my laptop/computer repair needs. Bill was so knowledgeable, he was able to identify the issue within 10 minutes of inspecting my laptop. If your tech is giving you trouble, Bill is the guy to call (p.s. always call ahead).

Bill was awesome. My husband and I both met him and he is very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely what we have been looking for to help us with computer problems. We are looking for a new set up and we will use Bill to help us set it up. His location is easy to find and to access.

I contacted Bill about printer issue. He was clear he didn't do lots of printer work but was happy to look over the situation. He was flexible in my bringing over the printer and took time to understand what I had tried and worked out a plan. He was able to fix the printer at a really reasonable price. He took time to show me the steps he took and incremental progress as he made advances. It was a wonderful experience and I could tell Bill was honest and loved the idea of a challenge. He did great work, timely, and at a reasonable value. I appreciate his flexibility in meeting my needs for drop off and pick up. If I need help in the future, I'm calling Bill.
