Amazing Nails and Spa

I recently visited for a gel manicure, which was the fastest appointment I’ve ever had. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. My cuticles were not even trimmed or cleaned, as evident in the accompanying photo. The polish had bubbles, likely due to the fact that my hands were never exposed to the UV light for more than 30 seconds. Additionally, the polish was uneven, with some areas appearing thicker on the edges. I spent a maximum of 10 minutes in the chair before my nails were completed. I promptly sent a message requesting a refund, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response. Considering the $55 price tag for a manicure, I expect to have my cuticles taken care of, my nails shaped uniformly, and not feel rushed out of the salon. .

It was my first time. Did not know what to do, did not feel very welcome. The technician upsold me in a more expensive pedicure. She was so rough, I asked her 3 times to be more gentle. When massaging my legs, I could feel her ring on my calf. I asked her to be more gentle again.
After I paid and gave her a small tip, I saw on the receipt that a tip was already added to the bill I paid. I had bruises on my leg the next day. Won't be back.

From the moment I walked into Amazing Nails & Spa, I was warmly welcomed and treated like a valued guest. The salon is immaculately clean, beautifully lit with tons of natural light, and has an atmosphere that is both relaxing and upbeat. The women working there are incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating—true professionals who take pride in their craft and their customer service.

They even offered my boyfriend a drink and invited him to relax in a massage chair while he waited. That gesture alone told me this place goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at ease.

I initially went in for a specific acrylic nail style, but my technician kindly offered her expert advice based on my current nail length and suggested a sparkling overlay that would work better with the strength and growth of my nails. I appreciated her honesty and guidance—and she was absolutely right. I ended up with the most stunning, glittery acrylic set that not only looked gorgeous but stayed strong for over three weeks. I got nonstop compliments on them!

The jelly pedicure was one of the most mesmerizing and luxurious spa experiences I’ve ever had—hands down the best pedicure of my life. My feet were glowing and soft, and my toenails looked so cute I was proudly showing them off any chance I got.

They also offer microblading services and I am strongly considering utilizing their services. I have full faith that they will not disappoint! Their prices are incredibly affordable and if you consider the amazing work they do you will always leave feeling like you got the better deal (which left me feeling a little guilty so I cleared my conscious with a great tip!)

I've tried many nail salons in the Milwaukie/SE Portland area, and Amazing Nails & spa is the absolute best. Their customer care, precision, creativity, and cleanliness are unmatched. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon to anyone looking for nails, brows, or spa services—you won’t be disappointed!

First time going here. Will not go back.
Nice facility but the tech was not good. She was digging too hard on the side of my toe and now my toe is swollen and hurts. I can barely walk in shoes.

I hate to be this person, but I had a really bad experience here.

1) the older nail tech was quickly shaving my nails down paper thin to take gel polish off instead of waiting to remove it with acetone. I nicely said something and she gave me a big attitude
2) she then grabbed an old, dirty (and used) plastic acetone cup for me to soak the polish off from the station next door. The person it had been used on was still sitting there.
3) I told her I was taking gel off and wanted a dip manicure several times. I’m empathetic to the fact that there’s a language barrier, but a couple of the older nail tech rolled their eyes and raised their voices at me when I insisted I wanted dip and not gel.
4) They changed me to a new nail tech and she used a base coat as a top coat so my nails never had a nice finish.
5) the dip manicure cracked less than 24h later
6) it broke a few days later

I was looking for a nail salon where people are actually friendly and say more than 2 words to you, which would make the experience truly pleasant, but this salon was typical in that they rush through the nail job with no care for details like smoothing edges and making sure each nail is the same length. Not even a towel was laid down to keep your hands from lying in grit while waiting. The station floor was dirty too with debris underneath the table. I tip very well for service that includes some rapport with the technician and service that lasts more than 30 minutes. That’s not the case here. I won’t be back.

Had to wait awhile ! Called be I came in !! The place look wore out need cleaning & new chairs !!

Terrible experience. I had to go back twice because my nails were done so badly the first time uneven, lifting, and messy. Even worse, the nail tech kept slapping my hand to push it into the UV light. It felt incredibly rude and targeted, especially since I didn’t see her treat anyone else that way. I honestly believe it was racially motivated. Unprofessional and unacceptable I won’t be returning.

Best nail salon ever! This is my first time coming here, but they treated me really well. The decoration in the nail salon is beautiful and clean. I loved the foot massage, and the girl did my nails really well. She created a good shape and a beautiful design. I will definitely be back.
