Our furnace control board burnt out towards the end of winter and after trying a few other companies who only wanted to try to make a sale for a new system (one company never even looked at the furnace to figure out what was truly the issue!) we were lucky enough to find lam-air. They were honest, quick, and efficient. Fast forward to the beginning of August and a heat wave about to hit, our HVAC suddenly stopped blowing cold. They came right over and had it blowing cold within minutes!! 🙌
Our tech, Greg, was so friendly and fast. He knew exactly what he was doing and wasted no time getting our system in tip top shape for us to get through this heat!
We had to have our old heat pump replaced in the middle of the hottest part of the summer. We got a great deal from Lam-Air.They acted fast to get a sales manager out to us,get the new equipment, and even came out and installed it on a Saturday for us.Lee in sales was great and friendly, Ruben and Julio the installers where very nice and friendly and did a great job getting the new system in for us before another wave of 100+ degree days set in.We have used Lam-Air in the past for HVAC maintenance as well and the techs are always friendly and knowledgeable people who won't try to sell you something you do not need.Thank you very much everyone. Highly recommended!
