I had an excellent experience, easy to get a prompt appointment, the dentist and dental assistant were friendly and informative, it was pain free too, and I had an extraction! What else could one ask at a dentist office? My insurance covered everything but a $15 co-pay.

Been a satisfied patient foe over 20 years. Many of the same staff, including my dentist, Dr Callans, have been serving my dental care needs since my first visit. I truly LOVE Annette @front desk;Theresa, Marissa, Lisa Dental Assistants as well as Dr. Callans herself 🤗. If only i could remember everyone at Front Desk's names - you are all wonderful. Other Dental Technicians, too , are friendly, professional and competent- (i just haven't known them as long or can't recall their names 😔)😀. In my experience, everyone, there are experienced and well trained and sincerely desire to do the best job possible and strive to ensure the best outcomes for us, their patients. Thank you all.

The dental care I received from the moment I walked in till I walked out. was very professional. but yet very pleasant. I had. broken a tooth off and they did a great job at fixing it.

Willamette put a crown on my tooth that shattered becuase it was so thin and refuse to reimburse me to replace it!!! I wouldn't recommend them.

Dr. Wiater is th best orthodontist I’ve ever had. He’s always been very patient with answering my questions about my teeth and my treatment plan. He even suggested some great places to eat, too! I’ve never had any issues with the other hygienists or assistants. The reception team is also superb. They’ve helped me so many times with scheduling and insurance questions. Really this is the best dental office I’ve ever used. 100/10

Willamette dental got me in very quickly. I haven’t had great past experiences with dentists so I was very happy that I chose this office. The hygienist was cheerful and thorough, and the dentist Audrey Nygren was friendly and informative.

great communication. on schedule. friendly staff. consistent employees. works well with appointments. just sad there so far away. they closed one in Douglas county so now we have to travel to grants pass Eugene OR Medford rather than Roseburg. there are no locations on the coast either.

So far all I know is that they will not get you in in a timely manner for emergencies!
