Dr. Wilder and the staff are amazing! They care about their patients and how they are doing. Always on time for appointments,rooms are very clean, plenty of parking and a good location.

Staff was friendly and caring. Wouldn't prescribe pain meds for a fractured leg. Didn't have crutches that fit. Nobody has called from their orthopedic referral. Got in right away. Not busy.

Front area person was rude and argumentative. Not a good first impression. The techs and PA were extremely nice and explained everything I needed to know.

I was greeted professionally, she took my info & checked me in. I waited less than Ten minutes. Noki checked my wound. Cleaned it, Glued skin a wrapped it. Sent me on my way with instructions. Fast & easy. Absolutely great care at the North Valley Immediate Care.
