Twedell’s towing, towed my truck after Jackson County Sheriff’s tagged it as abandoned. It had to be moved within 24 hours. It was immovable due to the sheriff’s losing the only key back in march. After explaining to Ed (Twedell’s owner) we were able to come to a fair deal to get my truck out of impound. Thank you Ed, at Twedell’s! My family and I are forever grateful to you. As much as I hate to lose my expensive items in my vehicle, I understand the importance and how a business operates. This tow company was more than willing to work out our issues, civilized and respectful. I just waited for proper documentation to come through to get my personal items from my vehicle that was unregistered and towed. Kind hearted, caring and thank you Ed for getting a this all figured out. Tow yards get a bad name for doing their job. This tow yard get a A+ for being respectful caring human beings.

Twedell’s towing saved me today! I woke up and my car wouldn’t start. After calling several other tow companies in town who all told me it would be a several hour wait, Twedells was able to show up within 30 minutes of my request and got me safely towed to the dealership in time for a last minute appointment. The lady on the phone was very kind and understanding of my situation and the driver was very professional and prompt. The price I was quoted was fair and comparable to the other tow companies I called.
Great service all around, and will be using them again in the future if I need it.
