A Welcoming, warm, friendly, trendy, relaxing atmosphere with excellent instructors. I love this place and now that it’s $10. to attend I can go more often. I want to thank the instructors for their time and energy. Just attending Sunday’s I’ve learned stretches that have alleviated shoulder pain I’ve had for over 15 years.
