I didn't know I needed a massage. Or that I would continue going. It has helped me a lot. All that bouncing around I do in the truck all night. I look forward to my next appt. Barbara certainly knows what she is doing!! Bring your mask and enjoy her music and the heated bed.
Barbara has a very nurturing and relaxing way about her. I feel like she addresses my "issues" that I have for the day, but always helps me de-stress. I am so grateful of her space and eager to accommodate with a schedule change.
