My experience at Alevia Physical Therapy was excellent! I just "graduated" after my sessions with Jordan, who was extremely helpful and instructive all along the way. I came away learning how to strengthen specific muscles to avoid sciatica pain in the future. Wonderful experience!!! While I’m still limping along (there’s only so much that can be done in 6weeks), the exercises proved to be a huge help in pain reduction and recovery. I’m doing better every day. Thank you so much!
