This place is a disaster. Year after year it’s always a nightmare trying to track them down to get the right paperwork. They are constantly forgetting / misplacing files and have no idea what is going on. It’s absolutely not worth the hassle to use this facility.

Unfortunately, they're just not the best customer surveys, not the best at returning calls. Almost a power trip thing power and control. I feel like also just out to get money money money anytime they could hit you. Oh, we need to repay a $100 to resign. The paperwork, even though you already seen the doctor I don't know in my opinion, it is ran very poorly. Very muddy, hungry, very hard to get a return call. Really? Really miss the lady in ashland she was the best for the medical card.No games always on time always return phone calls. Honestly, very disappointed this year, not that last year, was any better. The problem with these family businesses, they just think they run it, how they want. They're not worried about the customer in mind

These people seem to just want to take your money and nothing else! They don't have a good service number, don't have a good email...seems they ONLY HAVE A GOOD SCAM GOING! Save your money people!!

Let me start by saying, the ladies that work there at the front desk are a delight! I have been trying to get ahold of them for months now and they won't answer my calls, call me back, or get me info that I need. I did my appointment and got approval of my updated med card in January and am still waiting to hear back on what happened to my card and where it's at.. I don't know how else to get in contact with them, due to them not seeming to have a website or am I just not seeing it? I am very dissappointed!

In the past they were great. Very quick and efficient. But.... this year I paid them $305 and they did the appt but I have yet to receive any paperwork, impossible to get anyone on the phone. Feels like an exit scam.

I had a renewal recently, I called to schedule an appointment because my primary provider signed my renewal, I let staff know 3 different times that my primary provider signed my renewal , they still proceeded to make an appointment for a new client refused to listen to what I said the doctor ignored what I had told her she told me I didn't need my doctor's signature just a release pushed me through the appointment ignored my already signed doctor's recommendation and charged me for a new patient and ended the call , I then got online the ommp site to see if they had done anything on my card and after a week uploaded my own documents without any of the help from southern Oregon alternative medicine did my renewal on my own as my new card is in my possession I had someone from s.o.a.m call me for a release signature informed them I had taken care of my card myself due to the fact I didn't need s.o.a.m. to file my card as I already had and that it was unfair of them to charge me for something I didn't need they said oh maybe I can talk to the Dr about a refund and hung up , not very professional or compassionate let alone they don't listen to you or your concerns just another business looking to make a quick buck .

I had to travel from Klamath Falls to Medford last minute on some miscommunication. The staff at Southern Oregon alternative medicine went above and beyond to help me get my paperwork submitted quickly. Very thankful for their super attentive and quick response to my own personal situation. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.
