Can’t say enough good things about my great experience with Service Master! The mitigation crew swooped right in and got everything dried out within 3-4 days. Took a minute for the construction crew to start their part, but WOW! They are such an amazing crew! They removed my flooring and made substantial adjustments for the new flooring so that it would look good once my baseboards were replaced, no gaps. Spencer, the flooring installer from Alacrity LLC, was fast and accurate with his cuts. Anthony repainted my baseboards (after installation, which is pretty difficult ) and touched up the walls and every little nick he could find. That attention to detail really made my new flooring pop! He gave me some great DIY product recommendations, too. He and Filo got all my furniture moved back in the same day as the baseboard install, which was amazing, but they are fast workers! Connor and Anthony showed up the next day for a final inspection under the house. So glad they did, because they found they needed to replace a sizable area of insulation that had been removed during mitigation. They made that happen the same day, too! They also gave me some other details about things under the house that I needed to be aware of. Anthony and Connor go above and beyond. They are hard-working, fast, attentive to detail. They are knowledgeable and honest professionals. Anthony has a very broad skill set that comes in very handy. Connor works very hard learning the ropes, and is being shown by Mel and Anthony how to do things the right way, the first time. Good company, great people!

The crew at Servicemaster was helpful, professional and very friendly from start to finish. We have many animals and they were accommodating and respectful with them all. We are currently working with Service Master, so far so good! We feel heard, respected, and like we have support going through this tragedy. In full transparency a couple things have been broken but like with any moving company I look at that is par for the course. They do aim to take extreme care and are very attentive to us as a client. I will add a more extensive review after this process is over. X

By far the best experience I’ve had in scheduling a full service carpet & upholstery cleaning. This particular ServiceMaster team went above and beyond to help me get back to feeling like my home was mine and not overrun by dog, dirt and kid germs. I probably sound like a ridiculous germaphobe and that’s fine but once in a while I like to do a complete overhaul on the floors and furniture and my home was well past due. This particular appointment was far more important seeing as my daughter kept having reoccurring health issues and I knew it had everything to do with dust, mites and whatever various critters could have been lurking in our carpets and furniture. I reached out to them desperate for help with the matter and Rich was so kind, knowledgeable and shared my sense of urgency in the matter. He and Branden came out that same day for an inspection of our space and got right back to me with a quote. That afternoon, we were on the books and scheduled for the same week. They were friendly and communicative with the plan and were so helpful and easy to coordinate with. My family and I were leaving out of town and I was worried it would be an issue getting everything set up for them to arrive and us to hit the road but it was the complete opposite! They took my large area rugs and upon returning from our trip, they delivered them right to our front door, nicely wrapped and ready for us to roll out. The relief I felt to have contacted a company that understood my families need for their restorative work was beyond anything I could have expressed. We are so grateful for everything they did and the amazing job they did in cleaning our carpets, upholstery and area rugs. I’m happy to say that since their visit, my daughter has had no reoccurring health issues and she’s back to being the lively & wild little girl we missed so much! Thank you, Rich! Thank you, Branden! And thank you everyone that had a part in making our appointment happen. I appreciate you all so much! You have my business and my recommendation from now on!
