They were great at communicating ahead of time, showed up at the scheduled time, and installed the carpet quickly. They were very friendly and explained everything they did. The new carpet looks great.

Because some transition pieces weren’t delivered from the manufacturer in time for my new flooring to be completed in one day, the job had to be split between two different days. So I had two different teams from Romanoff Renovations come to work on it. This company is outstanding and exceeded all expectations. From Carmella, who kept in close touch with me to keep me informed of every bit of the scheduling details, from how to prepare my space for the install, to the dates and times of the work to be done, to the installers who were assigned, she was on it.
