I recently had to visit the ER early on a Sunday morning around 5 AM, and from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional level of care I received. The staff got me in immediately and began a series of thorough tests, including urine analysis, blood work, a CT scan with dye, and an ultrasound. By 10:30 AM, they had already scheduled surgery. Throughout this process, everyone was incredibly attentive, professional, and compassionate. A special shoutout to my day and night nurses, Svetlana and Anna, who truly went above and beyond. They were not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and supportive. Their dedication made a challenging experience much more manageable. I am deeply grateful for their willingness to listen, help, and ensure that I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Overall, I received the best possible care from an outstanding team. I couldn't be more thankful for the exceptional treatment I received during such a tuff time.

Having to visit the ER today because the urologist won't see me in the office. The receptionist said that it would take 20 minutes to be seen. Triage was ok but after a long wait she finally acknowledged, with some reluctance, that it takes four hours to see a provider. So here I sit with painful bladder spasms, peeing in my pants and nobody cares. We used to recognize that our patients come first.

As a medical professional critical of most medical facilities these days and especially of the competitive hospital in the area due to two prior negative experiences with a family member I was pleasantly surprised and relieved with the recent experience I had with a different seriously ill family member. The care received from all the physicians, nurses and nurses aids both in the ER and the medical surgical unit has restored my faith in the system...at least one system. Everyone was so nice, attentive and caring. Thank you Providence...keep up the good work!

My daughter was in terrible pain. She sat in the ER for five hours and 45 minutes before we even got into the back room. People were coming and going and she sat there. She told them she was at an eight on the pain level. We ended up having surgery the next day. I would absolutely never at all recommend Providence ER. My son sat in there for six hours and finally got pissed and left. People do not go to Providence Hospital ER. The place is a shit show.

Nov 9, 2023 I went through the ER and was admitted. Spent 4 days in this hospital and I can't say enough nice things. EVERYONE was super nice, helpful and informative. My doctors were Great. So attentive and listened to me. The ER doctor and nurses were fantastic. I was seen right away and tests started. I didn't realize I was that sick but they did. THANKS to everyone who took care of me. I'm just fine now because of all of them

They're rude, judgemental, unprofessional, they disregard what you tell them about your history, each one does it different way, expect for them to miss things here they don't care if you die.

I have been to the Providence ER twice in the past 3 months. Both times I waited 8-10 hours before even being taken into the back to be seen by a doctor. This is totally unacceptable. I was talking to some other people in the waiting room and some of them had been waiting more than 12 hours. At one point shortly after 2 a.m. there were no seats left and some people were forced to stand for hours. I was going here because they are connected with the VA, but the next time I'm going to an "unnamed" competitor even if I am charged a small co-pay. The 4 times I've been to that ER I was taken to the back in less than an hour, 3 times it was immediately.

Everyone at the ER were wonderful! I went in after an attack of disorientation. Since I had a stroke 2 years ago, I wanted to make sure this was not another one. The wait was shorter than expected! The triage nurses were very personable. The doctor, nurse, ER Tech and the imaging tech all were very calming and reassuring! I would highly recommend all the office of Providence that I have visited.

Never been to this hospital before. Complete confusion. No one at reception desk to refer you to correct elevator to get to apt. Have purple & green elevators, didn't know which to take or what floor my Dr. apt was on for ultrasound. Had to call hospital # for direction once in lobby. Finally was directed to elevator taking me to floor my apt was on. Mentioned to girl checking me in that it was very confusing when entering as to where to go. One other lady was so upset she stormed out. Check in girl told me they had a complaint line I could call. Told her I was making her aware of it. Had an apt with Dr there the following week. Manager actually had the gall to call to me and tell me I was very rude the first day I went there and had to call for help for direction. Couldn't believe it. Her staff was uppity and abrasive. What they forget is the patient's pay their salary & the doctor's and therefore should be treated with respect, and not feel like their concerns are dismissed or referred to a "complaint line". If the doctors are anything like the staff, no thanks. Have never experienced this kind of treatment EVER when going to an apt in a hospital. They really need to work on Their customer service skills I give it a Zero rating. Beverle O. Rogue River, OR.
