This comment is coming a little late but I have been incredibly sick due to toxic mold. I worked with Rusty and the woman in billing. They were the most kind hearted people while dealing with such a traumatic situation. Customer service was above and beyond. Rusty I want to give you a giant thank you for all of your help if you still remember my situation in the Poplar North apartment. My blood has been tested since then and I have all types of mold in my system. It’s been an uphill struggle but I am out of that toxic environment thank the Lord.

I had a sewer line break under my house, it left quite a mess. I called Prokleen and they had a crew out to clean up mess in 2 hrs. I was very happy to have the mess cleaned up and sanitized. I would recommend Prokleen to anyone that has a problem like this.
