The permanent crown on rear tooth wasn't a good fit from Dr Bradshaw's perspective, although I couldn't see it and it felt fine. He could have let it go but was upfront with me from the get go. I am very impressed and grateful that his level of integrity and honesty were on display and are a value in this office.
The PCD team, simply put, are awesome! They really do want you to have the best experience while your there! And they have a great sense of humor, which is a very good thing considering why we are there, is not always under the best circumstances and they make it that much easier to deal with.
Everyone was very nice. I'm trying to get my insurance back. They told me I cannot renew until DECEMBER. So I might have to wait until then. Hopefully not. I'll let you know because I want to have you guys do it. Thanks for all your help. Terri Moore
