Service was basic and anonymous. They require a over the phone payment to schedule a visit. The first year I complied but as a repeat customer they still want a payment before the visit. I find that to be disrespectful and basically rude. I am 70 years old, live locally, have a great credit rating, pay all my bills on time and worked for the same company for 40 years. They send me texts to sell me stuff. I do not understand how they think this is great customer service. I was not impressed with the previous visits either, its like going to a urgent care clinic....you and your pet are just a number.

We went to them because they said they could get us a health certificate for international travel. Gave us the wrong certificate and refused to correct the issue. This cost is thousands of dollars in cancellation fees and lost reservations.

Most amazing vet I’ve been to, my husband and I rescued a guinea pig and we believed she just had ovarian cysts so we scheduled the surgery for her to try to save her life. During her surgery, Dr.winters found that she had cancer in her uterus, spleen, and liver. We were shattered but made the decision to put her to sleep so she didn’t have to suffer anymore. Thank you so much for all that you did for her, we love being a client here as you treat our exotic animals with love and care. The staff is also extremely sweet and we’re so compassionate, this is the only place where I’ll take my exotic animals. The best vet and staff we’ve found. Thank you for taking care of our girl Misha until the very end with love and care❤️

Best Vet I've ever been to! Calm office, friendly staff, & they took such good care of my cat. She had an uncommon condition that they were able to remedy the next day after calling them with non-invasive treatments & medications. I'm so grateful & will definitely come back should my fur family ever need it! Thank you!

Absolutely terrible service. They gave up on my dog and im pretty sure they have 0 knowledge of real preventative homeopathic care they just prescribe their sponsored dry kibble brands and meds they tell you will not save your pet, the real vet is never around and they jerk you around. You can tell when people care maybe, but don't know how to actually heal animals. Maybe they just remember what the textbook says vs experience of what really works. I'm going to animalkind where they actually care about both me and my dog. The day of my best friends funeral I had to come into pheonix animal Hospital and they yelled at me for being too emotional and accused me of cussing at them, and they told my father they would not see my dog unless I found someone else to bring him in on less than 1 days notice. Did I do it? Yes. Their prognosis. Even after I got it done they basically wanted tons of money to cut him open and give him a life of pain. I'm going to holistic AnimalKind which also does Western medicine and they have a vet with experience and knowledge to naturally dissolve his inflammation whi specializes in dietary and eastern medicine as well for 175$
You can't heal inflammation with a diet that's more acidic every real dietary MD knows this. Dr Robert Morse. This Pheonix animal Hospital vet and their receptionists need to learn from him. Basic common knowledge in the 21st century.
