For for an 11:00 appointment, I didn't get out until 12:30! It was just cleaning and x-rays. took way too long! The techs/assistants we're nice and introduced themselves. BUT, the doctor walked in, had no name tag and didn't introduce himself, so I had to ask his name! Not very professional.

I saw Dr. Bailey today for an emergency extraction of a broken tooth. The entire staff was friendly and easy to work with for my entire visit. Dr. Bailey was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had my trouble tooth out in no time. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you, Dr. Bailey and staff for being so caring and easy to work with.

I called 6 weeks ago to set an appointment. I gave them all my insurance information with is excellent Aetna insurance and they tell me, “yes, you’re fully covered”. I get there today and am told, oh last week we discovered that were outside your network. And then try to sell me on why I should still pay more to use them. That’s awful customer service
