she didn't mention before starting on my Jaír till middle of it that my hair was thicker than she thought I showed picture she said it would be full baylage then I got home after few hours I complained because after like 3 hours my hair color was coming off literally coming off just putting it in a ponytail my hair color started turning black mine you before that my hair color was like blonde orangish lightly on the ends only did like few pieces in back probably like 2 or 3 make it look like she was doing my back of my head front part was awkwardly place of coloring charger me $285 for "full baylage" when I didn't get that I have not got my hair done in 2 years and literally I should. Not feel like this I'm at point where I just wanna buy box dye from Walmart dye my hair back to normal and cry I look horrible it not even colored in properly she def doesn't do vivid colors correct I can see why when she mentioned that she has had people go but don't go back or keep up with process i Truley hate my hair she was so not considerate when I reached out I'm literally upset says she don't offer refunds but no where does that mention she don't.

I've been coming here for almost 2 years and couldn't be more pleased. I started off with Monique and then switched to Tonya due to my schedule. They are both fantastic! Previously, I had been with the same hair stylist for 20 years before moving to Oregon. I am very particular about who does the color in my hair but Monique did an awesome job. She made a subtle change to the color and what a difference it made. The salon has a great vibe and is very nice and airy. Parking is available on the street or there is a parking garage right across the street. I would highly recommend this salon and both Monique and Tonya.

This review is two fold as the stylist I used is not a reflection on the salon itself as there are multiple stylist available.I have been coming here for several months. I like the salon and the owner. The salon is very stylish and owner is pleasant for that I give 4 stars.But the stylist (K) whom I tried to have good faith in obviously is very inexperienced. My hair was damaged and colored dark and she was able to work with me to help restore the health and lighten my coloring but sadly that's where it ended.She does not clearly communicate as she had me book well in advance for full Baylayage and then only provided reg coloring (which ended up being too dark,). This was the 2nd time I was expecting full Baylayage coloring that she misled me. On two other previous visits she was supposed to cut my hair but failed to do so. She asked for photos (Balayage and color) which I showed her the same photos on multiple visits to which she remarked its doable but when its time to execute she doesnt fullfill. She states she prefers to do natural hair coloring but her skills are limited to the basics. Natural hair color has different tones. She doesn't understand how to mix toners, cut layers or perform true Baylayage. For this I give her 2 stars....making this review an average of 3 stars.On a side note when I remarked my dissatisfaction I was asked to find another stylist. Weirdly I always felt a salon would try to make their customers happy but I guess that's not their policy.Service: Hairstyling
