About La Clinica Wellness Center
La Clinica Wellness Center serves all people in the Rogue Valley, especially those who face barriers to care, with quality healthcare services. This location includes physical therapy services provided by partner Alevia Physical Therapy. The center offers same-day appointments, lab and pharmacy, dental, and wellness education, with multiple clinic locations. Some staff and doctors are excellent, including Dr. Diaz, who is detailed, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She makes patients feel seen as a whole person, and her attention to detail and deep understanding of overall wellbeing make a difference. Dr. Adams is professional but friendly, skilled with explaining complex medical info in a way a layman can parse, and is the most helpful, supportive PCP. The center is great for something immediate when a doctor’s appointment cannot be waited for, with great staff who take care of patients very well. Participating in the learning well programs is a very first time experience with a medical facility focused on wellness, and is very positive and encouraging. The care is absolutely the best in the Valley, responsive and caring.
Just go! This is the most support I have EVER had. I have a whole team who meets about me. They all talk!!! Its so incredible the communication and support here. Big, giant shout out to Yarelli and Brian. They literally saved me in so many ways. I feel human again and its incredible. LOVE my care team here!!!! All locations are bilingual Spanish and English. You will find nothing but love here from the staff, they are incredible. The people at the front desk are always so,so kind!! I cannot possibly say enough good. Thank you for giving me my life back!!!
Liz Fairweather is an amazing family nurse practitioner. She takes the time to listen, is thorough and pleasant to talk to, communicates clearly, and follows through quickly. The Wellness Center is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and my wait time was minimal. Highly recommend.
Dr. Diaz is truly a gem, detailed, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She has a way of making you feel seen, not just as a patient, but as a whole person. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of overall wellbeing have made such a difference in my care.
