Free is an excellent massage therapist. He combines a variety of techniques and provides a truly therapeutic experience. He has helped me with my neck, rotator cuff, and hips tremendously.

I have had chronic neck and back pain for two years and have been through numerous therapists. I was relieved to find Freeland who is experienced and versatile with his approach. I especially appreciated the feedback he gives throughout the massage, reminding me to breath to release the tension. He is very receptive to your needs, and can tailor the amount of pressure he applies which not a lot of therapists are good at. He is very good at finding all the spots that need attention and working out the kinks. I've had numerous types of massage and he has a great mix of techniques he uses depending on what you need.
