Dr. Tina Rutar is AMAZING. My husband has severe neurological damage and STILL she finds ways to assess his needs. The staff is caring and compassionate. Their facility even has the ability to assess his vision while still in his wheelchair. They work with our insurance and allow us to take his prescription to any optical shop of our choice. Wait times can be long because of how thorough their whole process is, but you leave with a full picture of your eye health.

This is an excellent clinic with caring and well trained helpers. Dr. Jarstad is excellent. She did both cataract surgeries and the results are great. The only thing that I wish is that there was a way to not have to wait so long at each appointment. I really appreciate this clinic and highly recommend it!

Well the wait is over but don't like that they'll call 3 days before my surgery to tell me the time its gonna happen, makes it harder to schedule a ride if I don't know what time to be there.

I did NOT have a good experience at Cataract & Laser. I had to wait 1 hour in the lobby for my appointment. This happened on 4 different visits. Dr. Jarstad wasn’t friendly and didn’t take the time to answer my questions. Her response was, “Ask the tech” who was sitting at the computer taking notes. I have Cataracts and Dr. Jarstad operated on one of my eyes. After surgery the top of my nose was covered in blood and there was a big bruise on my arm. I never got an explanation as to why that happened. The surgery was rushed and I felt like I didn’t matter. I have continued to have problems with my eye and was told on my 4th visit that I had a tear in my retina! I was very unhappy and decided not to have my 2nd surgery there and go someplace else. I talked to the Office Manager and all she said was, “I’m sorry”. My anxiety and TMJ have been much worse since I had this surgery! I have never been treated so poorly at a medical facility.
