They were so professional and courteous .. they transformed my upstairs bedrooms, they made my carpets look new again! Highly recommended their services! I will be issuing them quarterly to keep my carpets looking new and fresh. What a huge difference it makes

We were very happy with the operator. He was polite, seemed efficient, and went quickly. The carpet looks really great. The only problem we had, was that a large amount of liquid leached into the bathroom, later, making it very slippery. My 99- year -old mother uses that bathroom, and if we hadn't caught the situation in time, could have resulted in a tragic fall.
