Shawnette is an amazing and super talented person. We knew nothing about granite countertops and tile and the installation of tile she took the time to not only help us find the perfect countertops and tile she helped to get me trained to install the tile, she is very knowledgeable and super awesome person highly recommended her I give her 10 stars

I had such a great experience here selecting granite and tiles for a bathroom remodel. There is a large selection, and the staff was so helpful with all steps of the process. In particular, Seneca was wonderful to work with and gave me fantastic suggestions— all of which I used. I will return!

We typically do not write reviews but we wanted to share our outstanding experience we had visiting this store on Saturday morning. My husband and I had driven a couple of hours to get to Medford to shop for granite. Seneca greeted us and was just phenomenal in everyway imaginable throughout our time in the store. She was sooo gracious, understanding, knowledgeable, provided incredible guidance, and was so patient. She made the daunting-to-us project of selecting granite sooo doable.
