We had a hot water heater leak and Greg came right out and got the process started with our insurance. I appreciate his professionalism and his dedication to his work. He installed the new one in a timely manner and got us up and running again. I would definitely recommend Base One Plumbing and will use them again if need be.

Greg was a great advocate for replacement of my water heater through my home warranty. He identified that it was failing after 24 years (I knew this already), and pushed the home warranty to replace it vs repair it. Greg is direct and no nonsense, some might take that the wrong way, but I appreciated him explaining things to me. He even showed up in the middle of the snowstorm which dumped 6+ inches of snow with the new one to replace it. He worked fast and his work looks good and it's so nice to have more than 5 mins of hot water again! At least for me, his service was good and maybe some of the reviews on Google are a bit too harsh.

I felt like he treated me like I was stupid or didn’t know what the issue was, and like he didn’t listen to what I needed. I didn't feel like there was great communication about what he was going to do, because he did a few random things throughout the house without asking or confirming first, that I didn’t want or need done, and left the issue I was most concerned about unfixed. My water heater valve was squirting water at my wall, we called him in because we weren’t sure where exactly the water was coming from at the time but we could see standing water in our back room, and when our water pressure went out we were worried it was flooding under our house... read full review
